Fraud & Impersonation

Fraud & impersonation

Fake shops and fake messages copy real brands, and we'd rather you know exactly how to tell the difference.

Where we actually are

We sell from one website only: flourenne.com. Any other domain — a lookalike spelling, a different extension, a site using our product photos — is not us, whatever it claims.

Our only support address is help@flourenne.com. Email from any other domain is not from us.

What we will never do

  • Ask for your full card number, PIN, or online banking password — by email, message, or any other way.
  • Ask you to pay by bank transfer, cryptocurrency, gift card, or a payment link sent over social media.
  • Call or message you asking for remote access to your computer or phone.
  • Ask you to pay an extra fee to "release" a parcel through a link in a text message.

Warning signs on a fake shop

  • Discounts far beyond anything reasonable — the whole catalogue at 80% off.
  • No working contact address, or a contact form that never gets answered.
  • Checkout that pushes you to bank transfer or crypto instead of card.
  • Product photos that appear across many unrelated shops.
  • A domain registered very recently, with policies copied word for word from elsewhere.

If you think you've been targeted

Email help@flourenne.com with anything you can share — the link, the message, screenshots. It helps us get fake sites taken down, and we'll tell you honestly whether the order in question is really ours.

If you've already paid and believe it was a scam, contact your bank or card issuer straight away and ask about a chargeback. In the UK you can also report it to Action Fraud.

Flourenne is operated by KV Foundry Enterprise Ltd, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom.
