Start a return
You have 45 days from delivery, and return shipping is free. There is no fee to send something back.
How it works
- Email help@flourenne.com with your order number and which items you're returning.
- We reply with your prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the items with tags still attached, attach the label, and drop the parcel off.
- Once it reaches us and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for it to show, depending on your bank.
Condition
Items need to come back unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Things returned worn, washed, damaged or without tags may be refused or refunded in part.
What we can't take back
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on pierced jewellery.
Exchanges
The fastest route is to return for a refund and place a new order in the size or colour you want — that way you're not waiting on our stock to move.
Faulty or wrong item
Email us with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right at no cost to you, and the 45-day window doesn't limit this — your statutory rights are unaffected.
