Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of flourenne.com and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them. Please read them alongside our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

flourenne.com is operated by KV Foundry Enterprise Ltd, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom — a company registered in England and Wales in 2026, registration number. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean KV Foundry Enterprise Ltd.

Using this site

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to extract or reproduce its content for commercial purposes.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric, length and construction. Photography is representative; screens render colour differently and the shade you see may vary slightly from the item. Availability is not guaranteed and we may change or withdraw products at any time.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept the order — a contract forms only when we dispatch the items. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable, where a pricing or description error occurred, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

Price and payment

Prices are shown on the product page in the currency displayed at checkout, and are payable in full at the time of order. Where prices exclude taxes or duties, this is stated at checkout. If we identify a material pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery, duties and risk

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties and taxes charged by the destination country; these are the recipient's responsibility. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and your cancellation rights

We offer a 45-day return window with free return shipping, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. This is in addition to, and does not restrict, your statutory rights — including, for consumers in the UK and EU, the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, extreme weather and industrial action. Where such an event materially delays your order, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
